THE DESK CONCERT GUIDE
Tiny Desk AI Video Not Working? Common Problems and Fixes
If a Tiny Desk AI video is not working, first check the studio’s availability message, your photo format, and the task status in My videos. Different problems need different next steps; a task marked “Needs review” should not be submitted again simply to clear the message.
Photo will not upload
Sign in and check the upload box. The intended production flow accepts JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 8 MB; the local demo accepts JPEG or PNG. Choose one clear portrait and confirm that you have permission to use it. See the photo checklist for framing tips.
The task is waiting or needs review
Open My videos to see the latest status. A queued task is waiting for processing; an uncertain provider outcome may be held for review instead of automatically resubmitted. A confirmed failed task returns the video generation used. Returning a generation is separate from any cash-refund policy.
The result is silent or the face looks different
New videos are intentionally delivered without an audio track. For a different-looking face, try a clearer, front-facing photo if you decide to create a new task; each accepted task uses one video generation.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my download?
Sign in to the account used for the task and look in My videos. The download link appears for a completed result.
Is live AI generation available?
Availability depends on configuration. Live output remains unverified; the local demo makes a static photo video.
