These terms apply to Tiny Desk AI, operated by AI desk Loby at tiny-deskai.video. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@tiny-deskai.video with questions, refund requests or service issues.

The service

Tiny Desk AI creates a fictional desk-side performance from one portrait using a fixed visual reference. The target output is an approximately 15-second vertical MP4; likeness, motion and duration can vary. New videos are delivered without an audio track. The service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR or Tiny Desk Concerts.

You need an account to submit a task and download its result. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not use another person's account without permission.

Photos and acceptable use

You must have permission to upload and process the photo, and every adult shown must agree to appear in an AI-generated video. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone deceptively, violate another person's privacy or rights, interfere with the service, or use it to harass or exploit anyone.

You retain the rights you already have in your photo. You allow us and our service providers to process it as necessary to provide the service. Rights in AI-generated output can depend on applicable law and the rights of others; you are responsible for reviewing the result before using or sharing it.

Video packs, prices and failures

Video generations are sold as one-time packs; there is no subscription. The amount and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Each accepted video task uses one video generation from your balance.

• Single: 1 video for $8.90 or €8.90.
• Creator: 3 videos for $19.90 or €19.90.
• Studio: 5 videos for $29.90 or €29.90.

A confirmed failed task returns the video generation used to your account. If a provider outcome is uncertain, the task may be held for review rather than automatically submitted again. Returning a generation to your balance is separate from a cash refund.

Refunds and cancellation

Within 14 days after payment, you may request a refund for unused video generations from that purchase. The refundable amount is calculated proportionally from the amount paid for the pack. Generations already used are not refundable under this policy, except where applicable law gives you additional rights. To request a refund, email support@tiny-deskai.video with your account email and order details. We review your purchase and generation history when processing the request.

These terms do not limit any consumer cancellation, withdrawal or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Refunded generations cannot also be used to make videos.

If you have a statutory right to withdraw, you may tell us by email. You may use the following wording, although you do not have to: “I give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of video generations, ordered on [date], under [account email and order number].” Include your name and the date of your request.

Media storage and deletion

Photos are scheduled for automatic deletion 14 days after upload, and generated videos 14 days after they become available. Download your video before it expires. If deletion is temporarily unsuccessful, the service retries it. The Privacy notice explains how we handle other records and third-party processing.

Availability and changes

AI results are variable, and uninterrupted service or a particular result cannot be guaranteed. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. We may update the service and these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms removes rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
